Refund policy

Overview

At Urban Panchi, we stand behind the quality of our home decor and apparel products. We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective or has a manufacturing defect
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any defects, shipping damage, or receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at urban.panchhi@gmail.com com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at urban.panchhi@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order details and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
  4. Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items without manufacturing defects or shipping damage
  • Products that show signs of use or wear
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you whether your return has been approved
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Approve replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days.
